I also accept custom orders for one of a kind designs as well as slight changes on my current designs as long as I feel the integrity of the design remains intact. Feel free to email me with your quires.

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total value is required before I can start any work. I will not cut any fabric or start any pattern drafting until this money is received and processed. On completion of the design, the balance outstanding is due for payment. On receipt of the balance I will ship the final product to you or you may pick it up at my studio. Please make an appointment for this option. Custom drafted work costs an additional 25% per item. This includes most corseted measurements.


Returns:
Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. If there is a flaw, notify us within 2 days and then arrange to send it back for fixing within 5 days. You must pay for shipping back to us and you must insure the item. We absolutely will not issue refunds for items that are lost in the mail when being returned to us. If you or another person attempts to fix any flaws then the garment is considered accepted and no more correspondence will be entered into. Once the garment is worn it is also considered accepted and no correspondence will be entered into.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to shop with us again. Your custom garment made to your exact measurements and specifications and will not likely fit another. When you follow our measurement instructions we guarantee your apparel will fit. We also offer free color swatches on select products so that you may see the exact materials prior to placing your order. Since custom products are made for you specially, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed.

Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations can only occur before your order has gone into production. In most all cases production begins in as few as 12 hours. Should you need to cancel or modify an order please email me and I will do everything I can to assist your needs. However, in the event production has already begun, I will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
