Credit/Debit Cards:

If you are not sending a cashier check or money order you can pay with a credit card, debit card or an e-check using paypal. For special custom orders or rush orders you can email your order to countessa@crimsonempress.com and a invoice from paypal will be sent out to you.

Cashier Check/Money order:

Please make cashier checks/ MO payable to : Countessa Heather

Fill out and submit our order form and an confirmation email will be sent out to you with your order number and purchase total and instructions on sending out your payment. You may also print out the form below and snail mail it along with your payment. If you do not have access to a printer you can email me and I will send you out a blank order form.

Rush Orders/Delivery:

Please submit an email for rush orders to countessa@crimsonempress.com including the date you will need the item by and a invoice from paypal will be sent out to you.

Gift Certificates:

Please submit or email your order to countessa@crimsonempress.com and a invoice from paypal will be sent out to you, please be sure to include your gift certificate number and amount. Or you may snail mail your order along with your actual gift certificate.

Need to Cancel your order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to an order having shipped, but we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total order amount to cover costs incurred in purchasing/cutting fabric and working on your order.

*Orders will take 4-6 weeks (although usually less) In the case of large orders(3 items or more) and holidays seasons it may take additional time. Be sure you order well ahead of special events. Rush orders can be done but will cost $20-50 extra per item, rush delivery is also available at your expense. All prices in U.S. dollars.
