Color Disclaimer
Computer monitors have inherent limitations, and electronically
reproducing color on the Internet is imprecise. Therefore, I cannot
assure you that what you see accurately portrays the color. Keep in
mind that -- like colors in a printed catalog -- the colors may not
accurately render on your computer screen and vary slightly. I have gone to great
lengths to portray colors as accurately as possible by making color
corrections to my fabric scans. In addition, I offer FREE product
swatches on select products for customers seeking an exact color
match.
Cancellations or Modifications
Changes and cancellations can only occur before your order has gone
into production. In most all cases production begins in as few as 12
hours. Should you need to cancel or modify an order please
email me promptly and I will do everything I can to assist your
needs. However, in the event production has already begun, I will
not be able to adjust or cancel your order and/or fees may occur. |

Returns
Regular orders are non-returnable unless the item is damaged on
arrival or there is an obvious mistake on our part and
returns/exchanges are accepted only if the item is returned unworn
and undamaged. Clothing must have tags attached and not show
visible signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or
refunds. Please contact us prior to returning your item as you
will need a return authorization # to write on the outside of the
package. Deliveries with out an RA# will not be posted as refunds.
Please send all returns insured. Note: shipping charges to and
from are not refundable unless you would like to make an exchange
instead of a return. If you have any questions please do not
hesitate to contact us!
Here at Crimson Empress we create the high quality products and
offer the highest level of service possible, and I want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchases. Your clothing was custom
made to your exact measurements and specifications and when you
follow our measurement instructions. I also offer free color
swatches on select products so that you may see the exact
materials prior to placing your order. Nonetheless, we do
understand the mistakes happen. If we make a mistake in your order
please contact Customer
Service. This may include having the item repaired and/or
remade depending on the situation. If you make a mistake in
measuring, please contact Customer Service and depending on the
error, you may return the product for size reduction alterations
(may incur fees),
or we may have it remade for you at a discounted price. Shipping
charges in this situation would be the responsibility of the
customer. However, if you should have to return an item, please
follow our return policy.
In the
case of items damaged by shipping:
Inspect any received package thoroughly before signing for it. If
your garment appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the
original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company
for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping
company return the merchandise. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE
YOURSELF. E-mail in the event of any queries.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
When you receive your order, make sure that you open and inspect
it thoroughly for manufacturing and shipping damages. It is
infrequent, but should you find the product not to your
satisfaction, please contact Customer Service immediately. You
will receive complete return and pick up instructions when you
email Customer Service.
