Rush Orders
Please submit an email for rush orders to countessa@crimsonempress.com including the date you will need the item by and a invoice from paypal will be sent out to you.

Non-rush Orders will take 4-6 weeks (although usually less) In the case of large orders(3 items or more) and holidays seasons it may take additional time. Be sure you order well ahead of special events. Rush orders can be done but will cost $20-50 extra per item, rush delivery is also available at your expense. All prices in U.S. dollars.

Rush Delivery:
Please Note: If you opt for Express Shipping in the shopping cart checkout this will not automatically place your order as a "rush order." Choosing Express Shipping means your order will be sent express after it's completion which takes 4-6 weeks.


Cancellations or Modifications
Changes and cancellations can only occur before your order has gone into production. In most all cases production begins in as few as 12 hours. Should you need to cancel or modify an order please email me promptly and I will do everything I can to assist your needs. However, in the event production has already begun, I will not be able to adjust or cancel your order and/or fees may occur.
